LISSAN met their new Celebrity Bainisteoir on Monday evening following Dana’s exit from the series to enable her to campaign for the presidential election. Majella O’Donnell, wife of country singer Daniel O’Donnell, will manage Lissan for the remainder of the RTE series. The next game, the semi-final of “Celebrity Bainisteoir”, will take place on Sunday 16th October in Galway.
Further details on transport arrangements for supporters will be made available very soon.
Lissan Seniors championship campaign ended last Sunday when they played Moneymore at Magherafelt. Final score Moneymore 3:5 Lissan 0:9.

Congratulations to U15 Lissan Girls who won their championship match against Moneymore on Saturday. Their next match is a repeat of the Semi Final with Dungiven.
In the Lotto this week there was no one with four numbers. With three numbers Joan McCann won £50.00. Next week’s jackpot will be £2,400.00! Lotto tickets are available from committee members and can also be purchased at the Lissan Go filling Station. The lotto is very important to the club and thus the club would encourage further support of the lotto.
We would invite club members to consider availing of the great facilities at Lissan Gym. The membership fee remains unchanged from last year.
