There are three routes available with course distances of 35, 55 and 75 miles (approximate).

A barbeque will be available for everyone at the finish and its always well worthwhile staying for this.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is again our charity of choice so we hope that there will be a good turn out with a good representation from our club members.

You can register online or pay £20 on the day.

During a recent chat with the Mid-Ulster Mail, Rod wanted to thank everyone who had made the 2013 season such a great one for East Tyrone CC.

“Our principle club sponsors are Eamonn Bradley Car Sales in Garvagh and McLaughlin’s Bakery in Cookstown, but we are also indebted to out event sponsors Ciclisport in Moneymore, Cooper Motorcycles in Cookstown, Burrows Engineering and Lafarge.

“We know that we are very fortunate indeed to have such good sponsors. They have always been very supportive, as has the general community because we use various circuits and the residents have allowed us to use their premises.

“I must also mention Rock and Lissan GFCs who have made their premises available to us. We have so many cyclists now that you can’t just appear on the roadside like we used to!”
