Rainey Endowed athletes Rachel Burns and Betty School who competed the Ulster Cross Country Championships held at Mullusk yesterday (Wednesday). INMM0713-151ar.

Rainey Endowed took part in the District ‘C’ Cross Country Championships last week, race conditions very windy and wet underfoot, making running difficult, especially at the finish line.

Rainey runners showed real spirit in the tough conditions and ran their best. Some good performances by Jordan Hassan, Jamie Spillane, Adam Hunter and Lauren Mulholland

Mini Girls : Bethany Scott 9th , Bronagh Boyle 14th, Kristin McClure 29th , Lauren Bleaks 63rd Rachel McBride 68th .

Minor Girls: Lauren Mulholland 17th , Cara Brown 23rd , Ellen Campbell 49th Cora McGinley 53rd

Junior Girls: Rachel Burns 9th , Tarryn Shiels 52nd , Laura Bolton 53rd
