Choir to visit Cathedral
The Greenville College Choir from Illinois has attained widespread reputation for performing sacred and choral music of the highest quality.
Thursday night’s performance, which begins at 7.30 pm and which is free of charge, with a retiring collection for the Cathedral, will include music form England, Ireland and America.

Hide AdThe Dean of Derry, Dr William Morton, extends a warm invitation to all who would like to come along. The Greenville College Choir was founded in 1927 by Dr. Robert Woods.
The choir’s first public performance was at the inauguration of Dr Leslie R Marston as president of GC that same year. Dr. Jeffrey S. Wilson is the Director of Choral Studies at Greenville and has conducted the Choir and Chamber Singers since 1996.
Since its inception the Greenville College Choir has attained a widespread reputation for performing sacred choral music of the highest quality and appears in as many as 30 performances on and off campus each year. The choir tours annually throughout the United States and Canada.
