Advice on staying positive and coping with pain
Staying Positive is a complete pain management programme designed to help people cope with the emotional impact of living with chronic pan and develop techniques to deal with their pain.
The courses are delivered by highly trained volunteers, all of whom are living with pain.

Hide AdThe course is comprised of two three-hour sessions over two weeks. It provides a variety of self-management techniques for pain management including: relaxation, breathing techniques, communication skills, the benefits of exercise and how to combat negativity.
