Barr embraces push-up challenge

“It was enjoyable, I did it up on Cranfield beach as well as in a pink dressing gown - real men wear pink!

Hide Ad“People like Colly Jardine and Nigel Hanna were counting my press-ups and giving me a bit of stick if I miss-counted.
“On a serious note there are 22 veterans a day committing suicide in America, and this is a small way to raise awareness for this issue within our own Armed Forces Community.
“The UK government and indeed the Stormont Assembly/executive have a lot to answer for with the serious lack of investment in mental health issues in Northern Ireland as well as the Armed Forces Community Covenant.”
