Cllr Lockhart said, “I am pleased this notice of motion united the council chamber and political groupings.

The civic reception is not the only honour the World Champion boxer has received recently.
He received his MBE at Buckingham Palace earlier this month, on what he called a ‘very proud day’.
Frampton was also busy out and about in home town Banbridge following his title win, when he visited his daughter’s school, Bridge IPS, when he came in to meet all the children and to help the school celebrate the theme of Harmony for Integrated Education Week.
Carl talked to the children at Bridge IPS at two assemblies during his visit.
