Court date set for photographer
Brian Byrne (39), from Burn Brae, whose solicitor told the local court earlier this month that he denied the charges, has been told to return to court on 10 April.
A PPS representative told last Thursday’s court that a total of five civilian and one police witness would be called by the prosecution.

The charges involve obtaining services from five individuals.
The first charge read to him was that he obtained services between 7th October and 12 October 2013, namely by entering into an agreement with Caroline Smyth, that she would provide photography services at a wedding in return for payment of £499; and that when he entered into this agreement, it was intended that the payment would not be made or made in full.
The second sample charge related to entering an agreement with Peter Cornwell to provide videography services at a wedding in return for payment of £750.
