Millican murder accused pleads not guilty
Fred McClenaghan, 49, of Broad Street, is alleged to have shot his former girlfriend, Marion Millican as she ate lunch at her work on 11 March 2011.
He also denied having a firearm with intent to endanger life when he appeared at Laganside Court on Friday.

Hide AdA defence lawyer said forensic tests still had to be carried out on the gun.
He added that other reports had to be completed before the case goes to trial.
The court has already heard the defendant claim the death of the mother of four was an accident and that he had intended to commit suicide in front of her.
