Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council launched an online survey today for members of the public to have their say on a possible market in the town. Commenting on the issue, a spokesperson for the local authority said: “Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council has commissioned a Feasibility Study to look at the potential regularity and location of a market in Ballyclare. “A local market can have a positive impact on the vitality and viability of the town. Council would like to hear your views on the type and regularity of a market in Ballyclare.” It is understood the online survey closes on Friday, March 16.
