Funeral directors James McMullan and Son recognised for caring service
The awards are based on responses to a national survey of clients who purchased a funeral prepayment plan.
The survey results showed that 75% of James McMullan and Son’s clients were ‘very satisfied’ with the service provided and 25% were ‘satisfied’. No one was dissatisfied.

Hide Ad100% of those who responded said they would recommend the plan to someone else.
“Funeral directors provide a very personal service but don’t always get the recognition they deserve,” said Graham Williams of Funeral Planning Services.
“We have worked with James McMullan and Son since 1997 and we are delighted that they won this award.”
