How you can manage pain of arthritis
Challenging Pain is for anyone over the age of 18 whose life is affected by chronic pain.
Challenging Pain workshops are aimed at people with chronic pain and therefore they are of value to people who have a wide range of conditions.

Hide AdThe courses are delivered by highly trained volunteers, all of whom are living with pain.
The course is comprised of 2 three hour sessions over two weeks.
The workshop provides a variety of self-management techniques for pain management including: relaxation, breathing techniques, communication skills, the benefits of exercise and how to combat negativity.
The next Challenging Pain courses in your area will be held in the Conference Room 3, Training Suite, Braidvalley Hospital Site, Ballymena. We have organised two courses:- the first will run on Wednesday, January 29 and Wednesday, February 5 and the second one will take place on Friday, January 31 and Friday, February 7. Both courses will start at 1.30pm and finish at 4.30pm.
