The Northern Ireland Hospice has thanked its Larne Support Group for raising over £40,000 so far this year towards hospice care.

In the local area, 195 patients have been cared for by the hospice’s community nursing teams in their own homes and in their in-patient unit at Whiteabbey.

The group’s work includes holding street collections, door collections, and organising and participating in fundraising events to raise vital funds to support this charity.
