Man seen driving through red light
Driving through a red light led to a 36-year-old getting a six month driving ban last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Pawel Marek, Avonlea Manor, Craigavon, admitted breaching a traffic sign on November 8 last year. He was fined £120 and given three penalty points.
There were nine points already on his licence and on the tot up system he was banned for six months.
Mr Brendan Hagan, defending, said his client would say he went through the amber light.
He was just a short distance away and could not stop in time.
