PCSP could become ‘talking shop’
Brian Collins’ comments came at the monthly meeting of M&EA Council when PCSP chair Ald Gregg McKeen admitted that funding was “a major concern”.
Reporting on the PCSP’s inaugural meeting on August 26, he told members that the Action Plans of the three predecessor PCSP’s of Larne, Carrick and Ballymena had a combined budget of over £400k which currently stood, following cuts, at £170k.

Cllr Collins said: “If we do not have the funding then this becomes little more than a talking shop.”
