Penalty points and fine for driving with no insurance
Six penalty points were imposed on a 37-year-old woman last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for driving without insurance on April 12 this year.
Michelle Mackin, Meadowbrook, Craigavon, was also fined £250 and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
As well she was fined £90 for driving unsupervised and £60 for not displaying ‘L’ plates.

Hide AdMr Pat McMahon, representing the defendant, said she worked part time and then got a second part time job out of town so she got this vehicle.
He added that she lost the second job and got rid of the car. She does not intend to drive.
