Sitting on doorstep drinking beer despite ban from address
Tomasz Ksiazek, Princes Street, Lurgan, was jailed for two months last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for breach of a non molestation order on June 6 this year.
Ksiazek, who appeared by way of videolink from Maghaberry prison, admitted the offence.

Hide AdThe court heard police went to a house at Rectory Road and found the defendant sitting on the front doorstep drinking from a can of beer.
He was the subject of a non molestation order and banned from the address. His mother and sister confirmed he had been inside the property.
Ksiazek said they were lying and he had never received a copy of the order.
Defence asked the court to consider that the offence was at the lower end of the scale and the defendant had not behaved in a violent or aggressive manner.
He added the defendant was aware he was not allowed near the house but foolishly in a drunken state tried to contact his mother and sister.
