On September 16, the set was a hive of activity, with vans for the crews and production team as well as diggers preparing the land and ambulances on standby.
In one part of the site, the land appeared to have been covered with large stakes, while in another a fire billowed dark plumes of smoke into the sky.

Ballygally residents have also revealed that extras from the set have told them they have been digging trenches in preparation for the shoot.
Scenes for the Hollywood production have already been shot in locations across the Province, including Greyabbey, Ballintoy and East Belfast.
The Lost City of Z, which is being produced by Brad Pitt’s Plan B company, is scheduled for release next year.

The local area is fast becoming a popular filming location, leading locals to christen the area “Ballygallywood.”
The Lost City of Z follows hot on the heels of HBO blockbuster Game of Thrones, which shot scenes for its upcoming season at Sallagh Brae last month.
