Warning after bike thefts
There are some basic precautions you can take to reduce your chance of becoming a victim of this type of theft.
Firstly take a photograph of your bike and security mark it. This will make it easy to identify.
Obtain a good bike lock and use it.
Do not leave your bike lying around outside your house.

Hide AdIf you are out and about on your bike and need to leave it, even for a short period of time, lock it to something secure such as a bike rack or lamppost.
If possible secure it in a well-lit area in full view of the public.
