Dromore B take a superb 42 shots home win over Gilnahirk

Dromore B brought their tally of wins at home this season to four sevens and a five in NIBA Division 5 with this 42 shots win over Gilnahirk.
This time last season their situation was the direct opposite.

Hide AdThough dropping a seven Alan Sudlow was 16-11 ahead at the tenth and 21-18 at 15 ends before winning by 13 shots.
Ahead 11-6 at the tenth and 17-9 at 15 ends Ken Aiken went on to win by nine shots.
At the tenth Sam Malcolmson was 9-7 ahead and he added 12 shots without reply over the next five ends and went on to win by 18 shots.
Ahead 8-6 at the tenth and just 16-15 at 15 ends Colin Houston just got home by two shots in a closely fought game.

tournaments finish on Saturday night
The Soldierstown fun bowls will finish on Saturday following another successful season and it is hoped there will be a good attendance.
John Mackey won the gent’s prize for the second time this season and the ladies’ winner was Florance Johnston last weekend.
