Town Ladies are hit for six by top Ports side
The opposition started at a fast pace, which BTLFC struggled to cope with.
Various chances were created by the free-flowing Ports and it was not long before they were in the lead.

Hide AdLauren Thompson, Tiffany Hagen and Hayley Annett all worked their hardest on the attack but found it difficult to create anything going forward and without some good saves from Danielle Byrne, it could well have been more than the 3-0 half-time scoreline.
The second half was much like the first and again it was hard for the Banbridge defence to cope.
All players fought valiantly to the end but the strength of the attack of Portadown proved to be too much.
Having said this, two of the remaining three goals came from penalties, which could have easily been prevented.
