Wellington Celtic secure Vale Centre title
An incredibly 28 teams took part from all over the North West at a sunny afternoon at The Vale Centre.
Wellington Celtic walked away with the winner's cup and the 500 prize money sponsored by Evergreen Lawns and Nicholl Fuel Oils after defeating Mason's Bar in the final. The runners up received 250 prize money which was sponsored by Estate Services Waterboys and Tamnaherin Celtic made it to the semi-finals with Waterboys losing on penalties.

Hide AdGransha, Newtowne, Average Joe's and Only Fools and Horses also made it to the quarter-finals.
The player of the tournament which sponsored by The Foyle Cup was awarded to Andy Morrow from The Waterboys. The Top Goal Scorer trophy, which was also sponsored by the Foyle Cup, was awarded to Charlie McCormack of Wellington Celtic and the Patsy Crossan Fair Play Cup was awarded to Easy Tigers.
The competition was well referred by Noel Moore, Marty Dunne, Dermot Liddy and Tommy McIlwee.
Other sponsors for the day were Derry City Council, First Trust Bank, Feeney Electrical, PFS and Bob Mullan Motors.
