Cafe Glen/caife a ghleanna, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 36 Workwest Enterprise Centre, 301 Glen Road, Belfast was given the score after assessment on January 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Belfast's 940 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 758 (81%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
