Backed by lottery millionaire Peter Lavery, the International will also be serving a full A La Carte menu and Christmas dinners.

“In this time of recession it is good to see a business opening and not closing,” said Imelda.

“We are trying to bring back a little fun to our town. We hope to satisfy all age groups and we aim to please all our customers.

“We will be serving hot food from Thursday to Sunday and are hoping to bring back Super Sundays,” she said.

“We will be showing all live sports and all teams are welcome,” said Conor.
