Have you ever fancied a career in conducting?

Well this could be your chance because on Saturday Causeway Cross Community Singing are looking for one brave person to take the baton in Handel's Hallelujah Chorus.

In fact they are putting the opportunity up for auction at 9.45am that morning and the highest bidder will mount the rostrum to take command of hundreds of voices.

This charity event takes place in Terrace Row Presbyterian Church in Coleraine and singers will be rehearsing from 10.00am and the actual performance of Messiah commences at 7.00pm.

Anyone is welcome to go along and sing or indeed to be part of the audience that evening.
