Album worth the wait... up to a point
Travis are like that old friend you meet after a long absence and immediately pick up where you left off.
It’s been five years since they’ve last graced the music scene with an album, and Where You Stand, their seventh studio album is worth the wait... up to a point.
The first five tracks show a maturity, yet familiarity that sits well alongside their back catalogue. However there’s a distinct slump towards the tail end of the disc, with only the Boxes saving it from a total nosedive.
