Radiology excellence recognised with prestigious UK accreditation award

Radiology Imaging Services within the South Eastern Trust, including the team at Lagan Valley Hospital in Lisburn, have achieved a significant milestone by receiving accreditation from the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to the prestigious Royal College of Radiologists and College of Radiographers (CoR) Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) 2021 standard.

This accreditation signifies that Radiology Imaging Services in the South Eastern Trust meet rigorous quality assurance criteria set by the Royal College of Radiologists and College of Radiographers. It demonstrates adherence to best practices and ensures that patients receive the highest standard of care and diagnostic accuracy.
