Today we have a selection of old sporting photographs from the Irish Cup final in May 2002 between Linfield and Portadown at Windsor Park in Belfast. It was quite a day, as you can see from these old photos, and ended with a 2-1 victory to Linfield. Chris Morgan, the Linfield striker, got both their goals, while Kyle Neil got Portadown’s goal. There was an attendance of 11,129 for the final.

The photos are mainly from Brian Little and Andy McConnell.

See who you might see from days gone by.
