Zingy freshpasta dish

Try this speedy pasta dish that’s bursting with fresh, zingy flavours? Red chilli, garlic, watercress and rocket are the perfect match for prawns in this all-in-one meal that’s ready in just 10 minutes.

Chilli prawn tagliatelle

Serves 4 Prep 5 minutes Cook 5 minutes

500g pack fresh tagliatelle by Sainsbury’s

1½ tbsp olive oil by Sainsbury’s

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

½ x 60g pack red chillies by Sainsbury’s, washed, deseeded and finely chopped

180g pack raw king prawns by Sainsbury’s

½ x 100g pack watercress, spinach and rocket salad by Sainsbury’s

1 lemon, cut into wedges, to serve

1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for 3 minutes.

2. Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium-low heat.

Add the garlic and chilli and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

3. Drain the pasta and tip into the pan with the prawns. Gently stir everything together.Toss through the salad leaves, then divide between 4 plates.

Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve with wedges of lemon to squeeze over.Cooks Tip: Make a gremolata to sprinkle over the finished dish. Chop equal quantities of lemon zest, fresh garlic and fresh parsley.
