167 computers in NW libraries

LIBRARIES across Londonderry, Limavady and Strabane currently have at least 167 computers available for members of the public and staff.

Culture Minister Carál Ní Chuilín provided a breakdown of the number of public access terminals, staff terminals and library management issue terminals in response to an Assembly Question.

The vast majority are public machines with 10 in Castlederg, 35 in Londonderry Central, 10 in Dungiven, 15 in Limavady, 14 in Shantallow, 20 in Strabane, 8 in Strathfoyle and 10 in the Waterside. The remainder are staff and library managment machines,
