1k homes suffer power outage
Northern Ireland Electricity have confirmed over 1,000 homes were left without electricity on the cityside of Londonderry this morning (February 28).
The outage was the result of a cut cable.
By 12.30pm on Friday, NIE said it had restored power to most of the homes, although some parts of the city were still without power at that time.
