In all, the Northern Ireland Executive is looking to recruit chief executives for eleven new council areas.
As part of a radical reform programme, the number of councils is dropping from 26 to 11.

These new councils will then operate in shadow form alongside the existing 26, before taking up their full range of responsibilities in April 2015.
