Accept patiently what the day has to offer

‘Twill add strength to your heart and mine,

Often the things which appear insurmountable

Become the steps by which we climb.

There’s nothing derails the trusting traveller

He knows that God is present to bless

And found that confronting the rough track

Led to an inroad orf success.

The souls that believe will render encouragement

Note the spring buds of life’s tree,

Find that trusting throughout the darkness

Colours all they do and see.

So gracefully the oak boughs stretch

Nature’s wonderful works to impart,

Let’s extend our faith, the Shepherd knows

The deep longing of each heart.
