Ballymoney-born soldier found dead in barracks
A soldier found dead at a barracks in Shropshire at the weekend has been named as Corporal Geoffrey McNeill who was born in Ballymoney.
The 32-year-old, from the 1st Battalion The Royal Irish Regiment, was discovered at Clive Barracks in Tern Hill at 9am on Saturday.
A soldier has been arrested on suspicion of murder after Mr McNeill was found dead at the barracks in Shropshire.
