Ballymoney’s John ‘beats’ the opposition!

Ballymoney drummer John McClea has once again proven that he can ‘beat’ any opposition.

14-year-old John from Ballymoney has retained his Juvenile Section One MSR World Solo Drumming Title at the World Solo Drumming Championships held in Glasgow Caledonian University last week.

John, a member of The Police Service of Northern Ireland Pipes and Drums, said he was “so happy and pleased to retain the title as he was pushed hard by two of the other finalists.”
