Bible teaching and talks commence

BIBLE teaching and talks will commence at Magherafelt Christian Workers’ Union Hall this week.

Mr Mervyn Davison, a local preacher, who also practises Divine Healing, will commence some Bible teaching at the Christian Workers’ Union Hall, Garden Street, Magherafelt commencing Tuesday 13 September 2011 at 8pm. Alongside Mervyn, Mr Albert Moore from Innishrush, who is a Church of Ireland Lay Reader, will also speak several nights.

These services have come about as the result of a request from some believers to have sound Bible teaching and will continue to the end of November. It is also hoped to have Mr and Mrs Trevor Boyd on Tuesday, 20 September to give a report and presentation on their recent visit to Romania.

It is hoped the Rev Ronnie McCracken will speak about his work on ‘The Island of Hope Centre’, Minsk, Belarus, also Russia, Ethopia and China on Tuesday 1 November. He is undertaking a sponsored walk up Mount Everest in October to raise funds for the needy mentally handicapped children in Minsk, Belarus and Ethopia.

All are welcome to attend these services. Please check the ‘Services in Brief’ for details. Should you wish to make contact with anyone concerning any of these services, please phone Billy 07789165693 or Lila 07972568453 or 02879418239.
