Brick used to smash car windscreen in Maghera


Police are appealing for witnesses after a car windscreen was smashed at Maghera.

The incident happened in the Crawfordsburn area of the town in the earlier hours of August 2.

Constable Chris Magee said, “At approximately 4.30am a vehicle parked in the Crawfordsburn area of Maghera had the front windscreen smashed.

“It is thought a concrete brick was used. Police are keen to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious, particularly a male in a brown jacket seen in the vicinity around this time.”
