25-year-old Emil Gajewski was appearing at a sentencing hearing after being convicted of being unfit to drive and failure to provide a sample.

The court heard how he was found at the wheel of a car which had been in a collision on Ballynakelly Road at Coalisland on the afternoon of January 14. He failed to provide a breath sample and a doctor later said that he believed him to have been under the influence of drugs.
