CCTV evidence remains outstanding in a case of alleged exposure, East Tyrone Magistrates Court has heard.

Twenty-two year-old Emmet McElhatton from Conway Close in Cookstown is accused of intentionally exposing his genitals with intent to cause alarm or distress.

The incident is alleged to have occurred on June 24 last year.

At a previous hearing, police under oath confirmed the charge could be connected.

A defence solicitor said he was awaiting CCTV evidence from the prosecution and asked for this to be provided as soon as possible to allow the case to progress.

District Judge John Meehan agreed to grant an adjournment until June 13 when the case is to be reviewed. McElhatton was remanded on continuing bail.
