Cookstown woman denies failing to provide breath specimen during police investigation
A number of motoring offences alleged to have been committed in the Tullagh Road area of Cookstown on December 12 are to be contested.
Emma Morgan, 32, from nearby Tullagh View is accused of driving whilst disqualified and without insurance, as well as failing to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into alleged excess alcohol.
A defence barrister told East Tyrone Magistrates Court his client denies all the charges against her.
District Judge John Meehan listed a contest for hearing on September 21.
