Detectives are appealing for information following the reported theft of a number of boiler units, fridge freezers, hobs and a stove from a Ballyronan Housing Development.
Police believe the burglary took place sometime between the evening of Tuesday, December 13 and 7.30am on Wednesday, December 14.
Detective Sergeant Fiona Mulholland said: "I would ask anyone with any information about this incident, or anyone who may be offered such items in suspicious circumstances, to contact detectives at Cookstown Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 186 of 14/12/16.
"Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
"I would also remind anyone in the building trade to be mindful of the security of your sites when no-one is working - be aware that crime may occur on your premises. If you require any advice, please contact your local police station and ask to be put in contact with the Crime Prevention Officer."
