Cannabis worth £15K seized in police search
Police in south Derry have seized cannabis plants with a street value of £15,000.
It follows searches of properties in the Maghera area.
Seventeen plants and a kilo of loose cannabis were seized.
Magherafelt police said in a social media post: "More drugs off our streets. Someone’s got a bit of explaining to do. If cultivating is your thing prob (sic) best to stick to potatoes or similar."
