Cookstown man denies assault and damaging toaster and front door
A Cookstown man has elected to contest charges of assault and criminal damage.
Richard Michael Martin Purvis, 33, from James Street, is alleged to have damaged a toaster and front door belonging to a man who he is also accused of assaulting on September 22.
District Judge John Meehan fixed the contest date on April 28 before adjourning the case to reappear at Dungannon Courthouse on April 11.
