Imitation firearm
Police in Londonderry have charged a 33-year-old man with possession of an imitation firearm in a public place, possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear or violence, threats to kill and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court on Wednesday, May 23.
As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
The charges are believed to relate to an incident in the Diamond area of the city at around 10pm on Friday, April 27.
