Judge revokes probation order

A Cookstown man had a Probation order imposed for drink driving revoked at East Tyrone Magistrates Court, sitting in Dungannon, on Friday and ordered to pay a £350 fine and £15 offender levy.

A Cookstown man had a Probation order imposed for drink driving revoked at East Tyrone Magistrates Court, sitting in Dungannon, on Friday and ordered to pay a £350 fine and £15 offender levy.

Derek Macwilliam (68), from Cooke Crescent, was said to have breached the order by not attending appointments with the Probation Service.

The court heard the order for 18 months was imposed by a court sitting on November 30, 2018, along with a three year disqualification.

The period of disqualification remains the same.
