Man in court on damage charge
A man has been remanded in custody following his appearance before Londonderry Magistrates Court in connection with a charge of threatening to commit criminal damage to property.
In the dock was Naill McClenaghan. The 20-year-old, whose address was given as ‘no fixed abode’ is charged with threatening to damage property as well as one charge of causing criminal damage to a shed.
The PSNI officer who told the court he could connect McClenaghan to the charges, said there was no bail application.
He was remanded in custody until September 29.
