Teenager assaulted
POLICE in Coleraine are appealing for information following an assault on Saturday, December 17.
Between 6pm and 6.30pm a teenage boy was reportedly assaulted by a number of youths on the Castlerock Road nearby the Medical Centre. The victim was taken to hospital and his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
One male juvenile was arrested shortly after the incident on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and released on police bail pending further enquiries.
