Trio charged with drug offences following Dungannon stop and search

The two men, aged 23 and 25, and 23-year-old woman, have been charged with concealing criminal property, possessing a class B controlled drug with intent to supply and possession of a class B controlled drug.

The 23-year-old man has also been charged with driving while disqualified and using a motor vehicle without insurance.

The 25-year-old man has also been charged with possessing fireworks without a licence, he has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries in connection with the offence of possessing a firearm and ammunition in suspicious circumstances.

They are all expected to appear before Dungannon Magistrates Court later this morning, Wednesday 26 October. All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
