Drink driving charges levelled
Charges of drink driving and no licence have been levelled against a Coalisland man.
Paul Desmond Coyle, 60, from Innishmore Gardens, is also accused of driving when unfit through drink/drugs and using a car without insurance.
He is lastly charged with failure to stop, report and remain at the scene of an accident.
All the charges relate to an alleged incident at Ardmore Road on January 31st.
District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until August 31st.
