Dungannon woman convicted for claiming benefits she was not entitled to
A Dungannon woman was convicted at Omagh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday for claiming benefits she was not entitled to.
Marie Dinsmore of Dunavon Park, Dungannon claimed Jobseekers Allowance totalling £3,194 while failing to declare employment.
The 51-year-old was given a three month prison sentence suspended for two years.
She is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department for Communities.
